In 1986, a mother, with six children, all of whom were living in a basement room, without kitchen or bathroom,
moved into a newly renovated, four bedroom house.
In 1987, a director was hired and the corporation was given another house to renovate.
In 1988, a mother, with four children, living in their car, moved into a three bedroom house.









In 1989, one three bedroom house was renovated and four, new, four bedroom, modular houses were
completed. Five homeless families, with nineteen children moved from shelters into these houses.
In 1990, we renovated one, three bedroom house. A mother and three children, who were homeless, moved
into this house.
In 1991, we built six, three bedroom, modular houses and we renovate two houses. Eight homeless families,
with twenty-six children, moved into these houses.




























In 1992, we renovated one, four bedroom house. A mother with four children moved from a shelter into this
house.
In 1993, four, three bedroom, modular houses were built, and four families, with ten children moved into these
houses.





















In 1994, we built three, three bedroom modular houses where three mothers and eight children, who were
homeless, are now living.
In 1995, we built one, three bedroom modular house in which a mother and her three children are now living.
In 2000, we built two, three bedroom modular houses in which two families, with seven children, who were in a
motel, are now living.
In 2001, we built one, three bedroom house for a homeless family consisting of a mother, her daughter and
the daughter’s three children. This family previously was in a homeless shelter.  The daughter completed her
first semester in college in December and is currently enrolled in her second semester. The family is on their
way to becoming self-sufficient.
